We do not believe medical care should be determined by insurance coverage. In order to operate a primary care practice with fair, reasonable, and equitable fees, we find it necessary to eliminate the rising expense of filing for insurance payment. We do not file insurance for payment from Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield or other commercial insurance carriers. Payments may be made at the time of service by cash, check, credit card, or debit card. At each office visit you will be given a completed insurance claim form to file with your insurance company for direct re-imbursement to you. Outside tests, such as labs (Lab Corp), x-rays, and other services will be filed with your insurance by those providers.
